Coordinator Training & Dual Studies – Achern (m/f/d)

As Coordinator (m/w/d) Education & Dual Studies, you are the central point of contact for all topics related to our junior programs. You ensure that our training and courses run smoothly and develop concepts that make our programs even better in the long term. Plans & Taxes: You coordinate all courses across the country – structured, predictive and with a clear view of responsibilities, procedures and priorities. You take over your tasks with a high degree of independence and decide yourself how to set priorities and develop solutions. Design & Optimize: You develop concepts for uniform, modern and sustainable training. This is not only about ideas – you are actively driving the implementation and ensuring that measures really come into practice. Decisions & Answers: In your area of responsibility, you make decisions and take professional responsibility – without disciplinary leadership, but with a clear expectation of your implementation strength. Accompanying & Networking: You create a framework in which young talents arrive well and develop. As a constant contact person, you support trainees and dual students alike – and at the same time act as a reliable interface between trainers: women and managers.

You know the everyday training – whether as an instructor:in, in the HR environment or through close cooperation with trainees and students. Sufficient at least 3 years of experience, your understanding of the processes and adjusting screws in the training is crucial. You have built up a technical training or a basic technical understanding through your previous professional experience in order to better understand the content and needs of our junior staff. They're bringing an AdA bill. As an organizational designer, you have the pleasure of creating structures, developing processes and matching them across locations. You can speak with trainees as well as with executives – always clear, binding and value-adding. You like to work independently, are eager to decide and bring things into implementation consistently. You do not take on any disciplinary leadership, but are the central, competent and continuous contact person for all participants.
