Product Owner Customer Experience & Automation (m/f/d)

Customer Experience of tomorrow: You will develop our customer experience solutions and shape the product world of GuideCom, always with the aim of an outstanding customer experience. Clear requirements: You identify new requirements, shape user stories, develop future images and design technical concepts as well as solution designs. Dynamic product development: You control product development methodically and target-oriented. Agile methods can be used as needed, and you are continuously developing existing procedures to ensure efficient and transparent processes. Interface between business and technology: you work closely with development, UX/UI, business units and stakeholders and translate requirements into clear solutions. Transparency and priorities: You will retain the overview of applications, requirements and planning and identify relationships and needs at an early stage. Successful implementation: You initiate processes, are responsible for conceptual and technical implementation and forcierst for clear results.

As a product owner, product manager or in a comparable role, you have proven to deliver multi-year impact for customer experience or customer experience automation of complex digital products. You're burning to create future-oriented customer experience solutions with outstanding UX designs and concepts and to shape the working world of tomorrow. You have experience in transformation, digitization or change projects and understand how organizations, processes and collaboration can be developed sustainably. You understand modern software development and can safely arrange technical relationships such as APIs, data flows or system dependencies and combine them with UX perspectives. You quickly meet complex requirements, abstractly and form clear, implementable solutions. You communicate clearly and legally, move safely between business and technology and bring a high degree of responsibility for your own, readiness for change and team orientation.
