ENF BFY GmbH is a production site with around 100 employees in the Bavarian town of Faulbach. The focus of production is on the production of protein, fruit and nut bars. Since 2023, ENF BFY has been part of the Ferrero Group. With 39 brands sold in more than 170 countries, this is one of the world's largest confectionery companies (Sweet Packaged Food). Ferrero is already in third generation and is still in family ownership. Within the Ferrero Group, the ENF BFY GmbH production facility in the Bavarian Faulbach is regarded as a strategically important area in terms of the growing category of “Better for you” snacks.

Location: Faulbach Start date: now Ensuring complete legal compliance with all applicable laws in this field and in particular in the following areas: BImSchG – Approval Procedures under the Federal Immission Protection Act and Implementation of all resulting obligations KrWG – Ensuring the proper disposal of all waste from the site and warehouse PRTR – Ensuring the proper preparation and submission of legally required reports EEG – Ensuring that all legal requirements of the EEG are met and the operation of own power generation at the site is guaranteed MaStRV – Ensuring the proper preparation and submission of legally required reports

Management of environmental, water, waste and energy budgets while identifying potential savings development and implementation of innovative environmental, water, waste and energy projects focusing on cost efficiency; Take responsibility for the certification of management standards according to ISO 50001 Energy and the creation of standards for ISO 14001 Implementation of internal and external audits (worldwide) as a senior auditor (w/m/d) Creation and development of processes on site for ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, taking responsibility for the master plan of the plant in this area Linking the group strategy with operational activities and providing all necessary information and KPIs for all stakeholders to support the continuous improvement of the ISEE inspections in their areas Creation of training documents on environmental/chemicals and energy at the site, advice on sustainability issues and translation of group strategy into operational measures and implementation of sustainability culture Development of measures to strengthen sustainability culture/mentality at the site

successfully completed engineering studies focusing on energy management or environmental technology or a comparable qualification Experience in project and process management Knowledge of ISO 14001/50001 and ideally training to the auditor Experience in dealing with authorities and administrative procedures as well as knowledge of environmental laws and relevant legal standards (especially BImSchG, WHG, AwSV, TEHG etc.) first experience in personnel management and employee development SAP knowledge of advantage, safe handling of MS Office Flowing German and English skills strategic thinking, high social and leadership skills, enforcing ability and team skills JOBV1_EN
