Service Technician for Water, Wastewater and Gas Measurement Technology (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the technical support and maintenance of online water and gas analyzers at locations of large chemical companies and infrastructure facilities, especially in southern Bavaria. Implementation of occasional service operations in other federal states, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Takeover of troubleshooting, repairing and commissioning of analyzers including comprehensive documentation. Training and assignments for customers. Customer-oriented problem solutions and close cooperation with sales to ensure high customer satisfaction when using the measuring instruments according to the application questions. Self-planning of customer service operations to ensure a high degree of efficiency.

Complete technical training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or a comparable qualification. Experience in the maintenance and repair of technical equipment such as analyzers directly on site with customers. Knowledge with online water and gas analyzers is advantageous. Ability to understand the interplay between mechanics, electrical and software to identify technical errors. Good PC user knowledge to operate configuration software as a matter of course. Confidence with automation, process and MSR technology as well as affinity for chemical process engineering. An independent and conscientious way of working, high autonomy, quality awareness and a pronounced technical understanding as well as customer orientation as characteristic features. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing as a prerequisite, further knowledge of foreign languages as an advantage.
