What do you expect? They are direct contact:in all matters relating to the handling of warranty and cunning matters, as well as related special processes based on current guidelines. In the course of the release and application processing, you will make independent decisions, weighing on customer orientation as well as economic efficiency and creating releases. Here you actively contribute to the vulnerability analysis of the internal processing process and show it.

What are you doing? Completed technical and/or commercial training as well as relevant experience in the automotive sector. High communication capability, pronounced service orientation and social competence. Joy in working in the team, flexibility and resilience. Organisational skills, high reliability as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting. High IT affinity, ideally with strong knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and SAP applications.
