Student trainee at the information point (m/f/d)

As a student at the Info-Point in the MEGA customer centre, you are the first contact point for our customers – on site and on the phone. You coordinate enquiries and forward them to the appropriate contact persons. You support customer and contract data and administrative tasks. You process customer requests, support contract closures and perform standard processes in the customer information system. You are advising our energy, multimedia and energy services. You actively participate in the digitization and optimization of the workflows in the customer center. You process complaints and complaints and support first-level technical support in the field of multimedia.

You are a student, ideally in a commercial or technical course. Reliability and a friendly, safe occurrence with clear communication characterize you. With your customer-oriented and binding work, you also convince in personal conversation. You enjoy dealing with people, have a good sense of the needs of our customers and go open to people. First practical experiences in service-oriented customer advice or sales are advantageous, but no requirement.
