They develop the SWD activities in the regions in close coordination with regional managers. They are the specialist contact for queries, perform training measures and process complaints as a link between customer, specialist adviser, automotive expert (w/m/d) and central office. They accompany candidates professionally during the training and evaluate the expertise of new experts during interviews.

You have several years of professional experience as a motor vehicle master or body master, as well as as a motor vehicle expert, ideally with a specialist focus They work independently, structured and, if necessary, bring together first leadership experience They have pronounced communication skills and always act customer-oriented They also keep calm in challenging situations, show resilience and have the ability to resolve conflict You bring a high motivation to actively shape processes and promote the further development of your colleagues
