You are the first contact point for IT requests, supports our employees by phone, Microsoft teams and remote maintenance and ensures quick problem solutions You capture, prioritize and process support tickets and document disruptions and solutions You analyze complex IT problems independently, research solutions and work closely with our IT team You monitor our network infrastructure, analyze errors and support in maintenance You manage user accounts in Active Directory, create new accounts and forget access rights You enter and administrate our entire Office365 environment You provide IT hardware, install and configure laptops as well as further IT equipment for new employees and carry out IT topics training You check backups, control interfaces and regularly analyze the IT infrastructure on errors and support upcoming system updates You capture recurring problems, document solutions and develop sustainable improvements

You have a completed training in IT or a comparable qualification You bring experience in IT support or a similar position You are safe to use Active Directory, Office 365, Windows and Linux environments You have knowledge of network administration and error analysis You have experience with ticket systems and work structured You show a high degree of self-initiative as well as solution-oriented and analytical thinking You appear friendly and service-oriented and have pronounced communication skills
