(Junior) Expert Technology Management (m/w/d) now and in full time at our BWI location in Berlin, alternatively nationwide, Home Office possible The Strategic Technology Collaboration (STC) department is anchored in BWI's technology management and, as a catalyst of BWI's Technology Center, makes a significant contribution to raising the digitalization potential of the Bundeswehr in the medium and long term. The focus is on the establishment of resilient exchange formats with internal and external strategic partners relevant to BWI in the technology environment. These include networks for anchoring technological findings in the BWI portfolio. In addition, the STC is in permanent exchange with, for example, the Bundeswehr, the research environment and industrial partners from technology and arms.

Creation of market analyses and coordination of tender procedures

Knowledge and process management as part of BWI's technology management including the care of confluence, sharepoint etc.

Analysis and further development of project governance and controlling

Care and development of KPIs as part of the performance measurement of technology management

Support of the Project Management Office

Completed studies in economics, IT, mental sciences or comparable in combination with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a business analyst, project manager or process engineer

Experiences with purchasing processes, preferably in public procurement law

Very safe handling of MS Office and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Conceptboard or Jira

High affinity for processes and numbers

Joy in conception, analysis and solution as well as work in the team

Target-oriented mode of operation, analytical thinking and continuous readiness German knowledge in word and writing as well as very good English knowledge
