Technischer Asset Manager (m/w/d)

As a technical asset manager (m/w/d) in our subsidiary AIF Management GmbH, you are responsible for the technical management of residential, care and commercial properties in our real estate portfolios. Your duties include:

Control of repair and rehabilitation measures from planning to execution Management of sustainability projects – from building energy to loading column Development and control of long-term technical object strategies and budget plans Ensuring all operator obligations, maintenance and testing Control and control of technical property management You work closely with our commercial asset managers and are also valuable technical savings partners for our investment team. In addition, you independently commission external service providers such as experts, planners and construction companies and take over the monitoring and control of the planning and construction processes in compliance with quality standards and time and cost targets.

MUST HAVE

You have a successfully completed university degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering, as an alternative a successfully completed technical training with further engineering qualification. You have already gained at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position. Experience in construction management, construction project management or technical property or facility management desirable You are strong in communication and have team spirit. You are a personality characterized by entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, structured working and self-initiative. You are bordered ready for travel (Germany, about 2 times a month).
