Director Operations (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for operating areas (production, supply chain, logistics, calibration laboratory, service) Further development and implementation of a forward-looking operations strategy in line with corporate objectives Ensuring efficient, scalable and high-quality production and delivery processes Continuous Optimization of Processes (Lean Management, CVP, Digitization) Responsibility for budget, investment planning and cost control in operations Leadership, development and motivation of the subordinate executives and teams Close cooperation with management, development, sales and our international locations Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards

Complete technical or business studies, ideally focusing on production, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable leading operation function, preferably in a medium-sized, technology-oriented environment Funded knowledge of production management, supply chain management and quality management Experience in the implementation of lean methods and process optimization Strategic thinking paired with hands-on mentality High leadership and communication skills and intercultural experience Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
