Service Manager in Maintenance – Hamburg (m/f/d)

As a service and maintenance coordinator (m/w/d), you play a central role in our Hamburg branch. You are the interface between our customers and the service team, coordinate processes, keep an overview and ensure that our service deployments are implemented efficiently and reliably. Your workplace is predominantly in the office – occasionally you are also on site with our customers when personal exchange is required. Coordinate service: you plan and control the service and maintenance operations of our technician team and ensure a smooth operation. Support customers: You are the first contact for our customers to identify their requirements and develop tailor-made solutions for sustainable customer satisfaction. Ensure quality: You are responsible for the professional and standard implementation of maintenance on safety equipment and ensure compliance with all relevant directives. Accompanying modernizations: You create self-responsible renovation and modernization offers for existing plants and pursue them until successful completion. Developing processes: You actively contribute to our quality management and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Technical competence: You have completed electrotechnical training, several years of professional experience and well-founded industry knowledge and provide a strong technical understanding.
