With around 12 employees, the office stands for quality, precision and sustainable, value-resistant project development in northern Germany – from the islands to Schleswig-Holstein to the Hamburger Umland. In the course of a follow-up and a variety of tasks, the office seeks: Bauzeichner:in / Developer:in (m/w/d) Design the North – challenging building projects – architecture & project development since 1977

Professional constructive support of the architects team in the graphical implementation of diverse construction projects in northern Germany Creation of precise plan documents in basic, pre- and design planning (LPH 1–3) in close coordination with the architect:innen Participation in full and standard approval documents (LPH 4) Detailed preparation of design, execution and detail drawings in the context of execution planning (LPH 5) Examination of work and assembly plans of external specialist firms for plausibility, completeness and correspondence with planning Ensuring high graphic and technical quality through careful planning and testing Close cooperation with colleagues, construction managers:internal and management to ensure a continuous flow of information

Completed training as a design designer:with a focus on building or comparable qualification Ideally first or multi-year experience in design, approval and execution planning Safe handling of CAD programs (preferably AutoCAD or Allplan) Understanding structural and constructive relationships Spatial imagination and feeling for details Structured, careful and quality-oriented operation Teamability, initiative and sense of responsibility Good knowledge of German in word and writing

You play a central role in the technical implementation of demanding construction projects – at one of the most beautiful jobs in the north! Without your careful (preliminary) work, no project will start. You work directly with the management, architect:inside and building directors:inside – are companions and carers for your projects - with short decision-making paths, flat hierarchies and a family working atmosphere in modern office spaces directly at the Flensburger Förde.
