You lead and develop your own team from site acquisition:in You plan and coordinate the use of your team You independently acquire new locations for digital advertising space in your region You identify suitable areas and analyze new acquisition areas using geo and market analyses You take over the project management and keeps important key figures in mind You will start presentations and evaluations at management level

You have completed training, ideally in commercial, real estate or sales You ideally bring first professional experience in sales, in area acquisitions or location development Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) are a matter of course for you You have good German skills You are regionally ready to travel and first leadership experience is of advantage, but no need You organize yourself and work efficiently under time pressure
