The best of theory and practice: On two days a week you will study at the Mainz University and build your business know-how. In the rest of the days, you will be able to gain valuable practical experience at the Nieder-Olm site and apply the experience directly. Varied insights: During your department work, you will learn all the important commercial areas, from marketing and purchasing to sales and finance to logistics and supply chain. Of course we involve your interests. From the outset, you work in exciting projects, support the specialist departments in day-to-day business and take an active role in the team from the outset. Implementation of your own ideas: Together with other young talents, you plan your own projects independently and with a lot of personal responsibility. Look behind the scenes: You spend a few days in one of our production plants and experience how our juice comes into the bottle. You will also accompany our team members on tour throughout Germany.

You have the general university maturity or professional university qualification with good services in German, mathematics and English as well as, if necessary, business. With commitment, enthusiasm and curiosity, you are approaching new tasks. Business topics can be found exciting and show as a versatile all-rounder, which is in you. You like to think, bring your own ideas and want to help make our “seal shop” a bit better every day. Structured working and analytical thinking are your strengths. You convince by team spirit, communication strength and the motivation to create things independently. You are safe to use the current MS Office programs.
