Your tasks: As an expert (m/w/d) you take over the planning advice of the operative colleagues and business partners For individual projects in the office and logistics sector, you take over the planning and design of engineering project tasks (HOAI performance phases 1-4) Examination of land, existing buildings, investor, architect and permit planning as part of feasibility studies You take over the examination of plan documents for plausibility including the recording of potential improvements You create BIM models and families in Revit Your profile: Education: You have completed university studies in the field of architecture or professional training, e.g. building designers with relevant professional experience Qualification: You bring experience in commercial and logistics construction. You have a well-founded knowledge of the statutory regulations in the building industry. The handling of CAD programs, Revit and the standard software MS Office is not strange to you.
