As team manager IT Operations (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the stable, secure and regular IT operation within Liebherr-Baumaschinen Vertriebs- und Service GmbH (LBV). You lead an operating IT team and actively shape the further development of IT services - with a clear focus on IT security and IT compliance as an independent operational task. In this position, you take over the following tasks: Leadership & IT Operations Technical and disciplinary leadership of the IT Operations team Management of day-to-day operations (IT support, system operation, infrastructure) Priority and coordination of incidents, service requests and changes Resources and capacity planning as well as further development of the IT team and IT administration processes Close cooperation with the organizational development, departments and central IT units of the divisions, the Liebherr works and the Liebherr IT services IT Security (operative) Operational Responsibility for IT Security Measures Implementation of Group-wide IT Security Requirements and Security by Design Principles Close coordination with central IT security units and external partners IT-Compliance & Governance Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external requirements Support for audits, audits and certifications

Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in operational IT operation First leadership responsibility or strong leadership competence Understanding IT Security and IT Compliance in the Group Area Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and communication strength Very good knowledge of German and English
