SAP Solution Architect HCM and SuccessFactors (HXM) (m/f/d)

Advising HR disciplines on SAP HCM and SAP-SuccessFactors (HXM) solutions, standard processes (“Keep the Core Clean”), best practices as well as technical feasibility, scalability and compliance requirements Conception and further development of integrated end-to-end solutions in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environment taking into account process harmonisation, user requirements, data quality and long-term wartability Design and control of integration scenarios between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors (especially EC, REC, LMS, PM&GM), SAP S/4HANA and other SAP and non-SAP systems via SAP BTP Integration Suite and standardized interfaces Technical-technical management of complex transformation, integration and introduction projects in close cooperation with HR specialist areas, application expert:inside, developer:inside and external implementation partners Ensuring sustainable solution quality through compliance with architecture standards, data consistency, integration capability, and support of all project phases from design to build and test to go-live and hypercare Assessment of new SAP HXM, SuccessFactors and SAP BTP innovations as well as continuous development of target architecture and HR system landscape taking into account the SuccessFactors roadmap, integration strategy and future business needs

Completed academic studies of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ideally complemented by knowledge in SAP BTP / CPI Good understanding of technical integrations and interfaces in SAP and non-SAP landscapes Experience in implementing clean core strategies, cloud technologies and standardized ERP processes High competence in the development of solution concepts, blueprints and project management as well as in cooperation with departments and external partners Experience in the introduction and enforcement of standards, documentation policies and quality controls Embossed communication and moderation capabilities to effectively communicate between IT, departments and partners Analytical and strategic thinking, coupled with high self-responsibility and hand-on mentality, to actively promote operational tasks and future topics Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
