In the Department of Fund Accounting Real Estate at the Hamburg location, you take over the investment-law accounting and valuation of the real estate and special funds that you are responsible for. Your main activities include: Central contact person in the house for the real estate funds you care for Own-responsible implementation of the share-value determinations as well as of fund business accounts based on regulatory and contractual frameworks Implementation of complex deviation analyses and QS measures Interface to almost all units in the value chain, such as fund management, investment management and audit Active participation in diverse projects and special topics
