Holistic project planning: You take over the planning of individual and demanding projects and control them from the beginning to the end with a wide view Creative implementation: Bring your ideas and design architectural designs based on the innovative GOLDBECK systems – creative and independent Responsibility in the planning phases: You edit the performance phases 1 to 5 of the HOAI, with a special focus on phases 4 and 5 – here you can show your skills Detailed execution planning: You create precise design plans as well as details and guide details for steel, concrete and metal constructions – for a perfect implementation Teamwork for complex solutions: Develop innovative and holistic solutions for our customers together with our interdisciplinary GOLDBECK project team Coordination and communication: You agree with builders, authorities and specialist engineers and ensure smooth cooperation between all planning partners

Foundation training: You have successfully completed your architectural studies and are ready to introduce your knowledge Professional experience: Ideally, you have several years of experience in approval and execution planning and are familiar with the processes Technical expertise: You are versed in handling 3D CAD software, preferably Autodesk REVIT, and are familiar with MS Office as well as graphic and presentation programs from Innovation joy: knowledge in the field of BIM planning methods are advantageous – so you always stay at the heart of time Expertise: Their constructive expertise forms the basis for your work Creativity and communication: You convince with architectural understanding, argumentation strength, presentation talent and high customer orientation Team and project capability: You work in a structured, targeted and independent manner – and are delighted to help shape exciting major projects.
