Task Force Leadership: convening and managing interdisciplinary, international and hierarchical task forces to deal with significant complaints and complex quality problems Documentation & legal certainty: structuring and maintenance of an efficient and legally secure complaint documentation Stakeholder & Data Management: Coordination of internal and external partners as well as data processing and analysis of complaint data using modern ERP, BI and AI tools Complaint Processing: Creation and Processing of Complaints, Execution of Analyses and Evaluations, and Development of Measures to Fix and Prevention Reporting & Compliance: Creating meaningful complaint reports and statistics to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and legal requirements Knowledge Transfer & Process Optimization: Training and support of employees in the professional handling of complaints and quality issues as well as support in the continuous improvement of complaint processes and procedures

Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, a commercial or logistical study in conjunction with technical expertise Multiannual operational process experience in a commercial-technical field (ideally in the electrical industry) Multiannual experience in handling SAP-ERP and in the field of SAP-BI Experience with SAP Service Cloud desirable Interest in new solutions, systems and technologies of the digital interfaces as well as a structured, independent operation German and English skills
