IT-Application Specialist TMS (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for the fields of operational issues, disturbances and malfunctions in the transport management system (e.g. disposition, billing, status processing). Your tasks include analyzing errors and process deviations in the TMS, including tracking of data flows, status chains and interfaces, as well as coordination of troubleshooting with internal IT units and external service providers. The cooperation with the responsible Application Specialists of connected systems (e.g. BI, Finance) to ensure consistent data flows and process transfers is also part of your activities. You enter the TMS-relevant interfaces (e.g. EDI, scanning systems, pre-systems), including the analysis of errors, monitoring and coordination with the EDI team. You are responsible for the technical support and adaptation of TMS configurations (e.g. tariffs, rules, status logics, billing parameters) to support the operational business processes. Your tasks include the support of releases, updates and changes in the TMS, including professional tests, acceptances and coordination with the departments. You prioritise and coordinate the processing of Incidents, Changes and Service Requests in the TMS environment. You train users and key users in the use of the systems. You work in IT projects.

Professional experience you should bring: Complete training in IT or comparable qualification A professional experience relevant to the position and task, preferably in logistics or the service sector First practical experience in application support or IT administration, ideally in the logistics environment Experience in dealing with the systems Power BI, Cognos BI, Winsped (LIS), Newtron and Diamond These personal qualities should make you feel: Analytical thinking and structured working Ability to understand and explain complex technical relationships Experience in project work and agile project management High communication capability and team capability Embossed customer orientation Self-employed and targeted work Standing for continuous training German and English in word and writing Driving licence B Work readiness in the evening and night hours and weekend (individual)
