Your tasks include the holistic support and consulting of employees and executives in all personal business topics along the entire employee-life cycle. Furthermore, you act as a central contact person for assigned departments and ensure the structured implementation of all HR processes as well as communication with relevant stakeholders. In addition, you are responsible for all personal administrative processes. In addition, you maintain and manage personal data and digital personal files in SAP and ensure compliance with statutory, collective and operational requirements. You have a completed professional training with corresponding training or have acquired well-founded HR-relevant knowledge through many years of professional experience.
