You are responsible for the acquisition of new members for AOK Baden-Württemberg. You are responsible for the initiation, planning and execution of marketing activities (e.g. sales office Sunday, school marketing). You ensure their own sales achievement according to individual target agreement.

You have completed training as a merchant/wife for dialogue marketing or have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already bring first sales and sales experience. You seek and take advantage of opportunities to be proactively successful. Oral as well as in writing, press out precisely and with a word. You create confidence and openness through proximity, transparency and reliability. You will follow your achievement with energy, initiative and determination. Beyond the usual level, you are committed to achieving your sales goals. You are mobile and have the license class B as well as their own car.
