Production Representative (m/w/d) – Assembly / Manufacturing

We are looking for a reliable and motivated production employee (m/w/d) for a technically demanding manufacturing environment. Depending on the field of application, the application includes assembly and disassembly of large components and activities in plastics and elastomer manufacturing.

They work according to technical drawings, work instructions and defined quality specifications and support a safe and efficient production process through your careful and reliable operation.

Tasks

• Assembly and disassembly of large components, in particular stators and other technical components
• Production and finishing of plastic and elastomer components
• Operation, installation and monitoring of production machines
• Work according to technical drawings, work instructions and specified machine parameters
• Implementation of quality controls and self-checks
• Careful reworking and final production of the components produced
• Documentation of work steps and production data
• Support for general production and assembly activities
• compliance with all applicable safety, quality and work regulations
• Cooperation with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process

Your profile

• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Ideally first professional experience in a technical or production environment
• Experience in assembly, plastic processing or injection molding of advantage, but not absolutely necessary
• Careful, reliable and quality-conscious operation
• Physical resilience and pleasure in practical work
• ready for shift work (currently 2-shift system, perspective 3-shift system)
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Basic knowledge of English
• Basic computer knowledge of advantage
• High readiness, team skills and sense of responsibility
