You are a specialist contact person for tenants, owners, authorities and other external partners. You commission and control crafts and service companies and accompany the processing of insurance cases. You conduct correspondence with service providers, negotiate contracts and supervise quality, dates and costs. You carry out regular property visits and always keep in mind the condition of the real estate. You actively participate in the planning of maintenance and CAPEX budgets. You create, check and negotiate leases and contract contributions. You coordinate and monitor maintenance and modernisation measures. You take over the commercial management of the properties assigned to you. You process and digitize the inbox and provide structured processes.

You have completed vocational training for the real estate businesswoman or a comparable qualification. As a communicative person, you have a high customer and service orientation in relation to tenants and clients. Finded knowledge in lease and receivable management. Safe handling of home management software as well as common MS Office applications. You are a strong personality with strong organizational and communicative skills. You have a systematic way of working, are flexible and resilient. Reliability, loyalty and an above-average customer orientation are prerequisites for this location.
