As a shift manager and process engineer (m/w/d), you will lead the team in production in a medium-sized family-run company in the field of rubber, full-time and 3-shift system and will continuously improve the work processes.

Implementation of layer and production plans in the production of rubber products Compliance and monitoring of quality standards throughout the manufacturing process Creation and optimization of process regulations for the processing of elastomers Leadership, training and integration of the shift team - with a clear focus on cooperation and continuous improvement Coordination with purchasing to ensure the availability of raw rubber and additives Coordination with maintenance to ensure plant availability Analysis of process and plant disorders, derivation and implementation of preventive measures

Complete training in the technical field, ideally as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, metal or electrical engineering - or a comparable qualification Impressive team spirit as well as the ability to motivate colleagues and inspire them for common goals Quick understanding and safe handling of complex production processes Self-responsible, decision-making procedures with clear orientation to solutions and results Loadable and structured - even under high production utilization Strong communication - both in the team and in exchange with adjacent departments Experience in handling goods management systems and safe handling of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
