Further development, support and moderation of workshops, discussions and other discussion formats Conception and implementation of measures and initiatives to promote corporate culture Building and promoting interdisciplinary networks Event management for the implementation of our formats Addressing preparation and target group-oriented communication of information

Completed studies / completed training in the fields of work psychology, organizational psychology, economic psychology, management and leadership, media and communication, adult education or a related professional qualification Practical experience in developing measures to strengthen a viable organisational culture Interest in the design, operational preparation, implementation and evaluation of events Joy in building networks and a good sense for people A high level of initiative and a safe and binding occurrence Good communication skills with very good German skills (level C1 or higher) Germany-wide readiness to travel (max. 20% per month)
