Since aesthetic medicine lives on trust, visibility and long-term patient relationships, the development of a patient's own strain requires time. That is why we do not rely on short-term solutions, but on a long-term partnership. With increasing demand and increasing utilisation, the hours can be expanded flexibly – up to a full-time activity or perspectively also further cooperation. She expects a young, motivated and modern team in a stylish, high-quality practice for aesthetic medicine that is directly linked to our established HNO practice. This allows you to benefit from well-established structures, professional processes, and an experienced team that largely reduces your organizational tasks so that you can focus on your patients. The work with our lasers and other apparatus processes requires corresponding NiSV training. Of course, we support you in the process of incorporation and accompany you in the integration into our existing processes. In addition, we offer you the opportunity to develop your treatment spectrum. Especially colleagues with a surgical background can also carry out aesthetic operations with us. We already offer blepharoplastics and Otopexia, among others, and work together with two outpatient operations centers. At the same time, we are currently focusing on longevity, prevention and holistic medicine. Our goal is to combine aesthetics, health and long-term quality of life more closely and to offer our patients a modern, comprehensive treatment concept. Our employees actively support you in everyday practice – from patient care to organisational tasks to the creation of social media content. Photos, videos and organizational implementation are accompanied by our team. We also take over marketing and invest in building your visibility and patient base.
