Sales Manager, Customer Focus, Organization – Your Training Kauffrau/ Kaufmann für Büromanagement (w/m/d) with focus on sales! Potsdam

You want to know how a satisfied customer becomes from a request? With us you will learn how to enthuse customers, create offers and professionally handle orders. You'll become the central contact for our clientele. You're going through different departments and becoming part of a team that encourages you and demands you.

After your training, you can start for example in the sales service, in the field service or in the key account backoffice.

Experience sales live: You answer customer requests, create offers and accompany the order processing – learn how professional communication and customer-oriented action interact. Customer communication & order processing: You are there by phone, in writing and digital for our customers and make sure that all data is correct and up-to-date. Package logistics from A-Z: You can help how our packages efficiently take their path from order to delivery – and learn how the processes behind it work. Office management and organization: You plan workflows, manage documents and coordinate appointments – for a structured office everyday. Documentation & Evaluation: You will start presentations, evaluate data and use digital applications in everyday office. Ideas & Exchange: You bring your own suggestions, work with Azubi projects and exchange regularly with other trainees – together it learns better!

A good main or real school degree. Or: You noticed that your studies are not the right thing? No problem – you can restart with us!. You like to pack and want to understand how the logistics works behind it. You like to find solutions, want to move and get active. You are organized, communicative & a real team player. You appear extroverted, like to go to people and have fun to inspire in direct exchange. Curiosity & Motivation – You want to learn, develop and take responsibility.
