Commercial specialist in customer service network customers * (m/f/d)

Central interface for our customers: You are the first point of contact for our network customers and ensure that all concerns are handled efficiently, transparently and on time – from the request to the final clarification. Responsibility for network connection processes: As part of current rules, you will independently check the technical plausibility of network connections and select suitable offers based on them. You work closely with our technical departments. Participation in counters: You support the processing of all relevant processes around the counter and ensure a smooth process. Structured processing of complex issues: You collect and process customer requests in our IT systems, research yourself on complex issues and actively contribute to the solution-finding – even in case of complaints. Contribution to the further development of the company: You participate in projects, introduce your perspective and support the further development of our processes in the context of the network economy. Outward representation: As a contact person for our customers, you represent the company competently and have a good sense of their needs and expectations.

Foundation training: You have completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g. industrial merchant or electronic technician for industrial engineering) as well as a further education as a master, technician or specialist. Knowledge of the energy industry: You bring a good understanding of the network economy and energy economic contexts as well as relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. Embossed customer orientation: You are trading solution-oriented and are entitled to clarify customer requests reliably and understandably. Team-wide work: You like to work with different disciplines and actively contribute to good cooperation. Digital competence: You are safe in dealing with Microsoft Office, ideally have first experiences with SAP and are open to new systems and applications. Self-employment: You structure your tasks autonomously, meet well-founded decisions and bring topics forward reliably. Mobility: You have a valid class B driving license. .
