About us The Ratsherrn Braugasthaus „Altes Mädchen“, opened in March 2013, consists of a restaurant with around 150 seats and a cozy beer garden with as many seats. Fantasticly located between downtown, fair and the Schanzenviertel, the “Old Girl” lies in impressive, elaborately restored former cattle halls in the immediate vicinity of the Ratsherrnbrauerei. The councillor Braugasthaus „Altes Mädchen“ combines originality and cosiness with current topics such as conscious nutrition and sustainability. The combination of traditional and modern brewery culture plays an important role in which we revive wonderful Hamburg beer styles and traditions. Together with our partner brewery Ratsherrn we offer about 60 different beers.

This could soon be your tasks: • You prepare all meals according to standard and recipe – from homemade dressing to complete dish • You cook independently on your post • You actively implement our hygiene and kitchen standards • You bring your own ideas into creating our seasonal menus and our action cards

You should bring that with you: • A successfully completed cooking training is desirable • You could already gain some professional experience • You are passionate about the world of cooking, you have profound expertise in this area and work with great attention to detail • Even with high business revenues, you keep an overview, work reliably and, together with your crew, ensure that our guests experience unique stays
