As a data quality manager (m/w/d), you play a central role in securing, analyzing and developing property-related master data. With your know-how you create the basis for transparent processes, sound decisions and an efficient control-relevant data landscape. Data quality assurance: maintenance and control of accounting and administrative property master files, including plausibility checks and error corrections Analysis and reporting: Creation of object-specific key figures, ad-hoc analyses as well as the establishment and maintenance of standardized reports for management as well as controlling Data integration and automation: monitoring of automated data imports (e.g. SAP interfaces), participation in digitalization and IT projects for process optimization Interface function: close cooperation with object teams, controlling and operating cost management to improve transparency and control

Completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate business environment Experience with real estate data, operating costs and ERP systems such as SAP RE-FX Very good Excel knowledge, ideally experience with BI tools or SQL Embossed Analytical Thinking Power, Number Affinity and Structured Operation High IT and digitalization affinity, communication strength and team skills
