As a Business Unit Automotive & Specialty Lamps, we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and aftermarket. We take a leading position in the automotive lamp business for traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in the LED lighting sector for global OEM customers (e.g. with replaceable LED light sources). With our automotive support and equipment portfolio, we also unlock new growth opportunities in the aftermarket.

Currently, ENI is in an exciting transformation process: As part of a carve-out, the Business Line is transferred as an independent entity to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. For you as a supply chain architect (d/m/w), this means the unique opportunity to actively shape this change. Participation in the definition and maintenance of the comprehensive process blueprint, the governance model (including RACI) and the minimum standards for planning, execution and data integration Design of cross-functional interfaces (process and data) as well as ensuring an appropriate flow of information between planning, production, logistics, customer service and sales Support in managing cross-functional initiatives to simplify, standardise and automate processes; active participation of change management establishing a core KPI set and a reporting rhythm; Ensuring transparency and cause analyses to support decisions and corrective actions Defining rules and guidelines for key parameters (e.g. delivery times, minimum order quantities, safety stocks) to ensure consistent planning and execution Support in ensuring operational readiness for major changes (system launches, 3PL transitions, cut-over) and coordination of stabilization (hypercare)

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or Comparative Qualification First experience in end-to-end scale-chain processes (planning, production interface, logistics, customer service) in manufacturing and distribution Knowledge of system and process design as well as first experience in managing cross-functional initiatives (S&OP vote, ERP/planning introductions, 3PL transitions, interface standardization) Outstanding skills in stakeholder management and implementation of changes without direct line responsibility Knowledge in E2E-Supply-Chain Process Architecture and Governance Strong communication and moderation capabilities as well as high responsibility and implementation strength flowing English knowledge; German knowledge or other languages of advantage
