These are your tasks – diverse and forward-looking: Full object support in facility management and the associated organization of work in the technical field Central contact for the customer on site, as well as for clients and employees Staff deployment planning, as well as professional management and coordination of employees and subcontractors in the fields of technology Ensuring the contractually agreed services including documentation and quality assurance, as well as cost and timing Responsible for the implementation of maintenance and inspection work The timely elimination of all occurring defects and their release to the customer Creation and maintenance of object-related documentation and reporting for customers and field managers

With your profile you can add our team: Master title/state. Technicians or a completed degree in Facility Management, Supply Technology, Civil Engineering or Similar Professional experience in a leadership position or in deputy function Knowledge of building technology in the infrastructure sector High service orientation, strong customer orientation and flexibility Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as independent and structured working methods Teamability, commitment and high quality awareness Secure communication, enforcement and friendly appearance Good MS Office knowledge Good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B
