Here you can fully develop your strengths:

• Complete study of social education/work as a social pedagogue, curative or comparable

• Professional experience in dealing with children and young people with various impairments

• Experience in trauma pedagogy, deescalation strategies, systemic advice, medical diagnostics and experience education as well as Marte Meo or comparable methods

• practical knowledge in various areas of youth assistance, especially in the stationary, semi-stationary or outpatient environment

• Expertise in the field of child welfare and protection (§ 8a SGB VIII)

• readiness for shiftwork and readiness

• Ready to go with existing license class B and open for outdoor use
