IT-Service Desk Specialist (m/f/d)

You take over the technical support of the IT infrastructure distributed in three locations, manage virtual servers and cloud infrastructures (focus Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365), maintain permissions and ensure a smooth system landscape. You are the central contact person for all IT questions in the house and actively contribute your expertise to cross-departmental working groups. You work with your technical expertise in IT projects and carry out tasks in the planning, implementation and introduction of new IT solutions. In the team, you support the hardware and software of smartphones, notebooks and other devices of the employees and set them up. You are responsible for IT onboarding new employees and carry out practical training on IT tools and processes. You create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge database articles and action instructions to permanently anchor knowledge in the organization. You develop and maintain an IHK network independently.

You have completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. In the Microsoft system management and in the Microsoft-365 environment you feel at home. Network knowledge and experience with VMware, VoIP systems and cloud technologies are of advantage. You work independently, think forward and keep an overview in a dynamic, innovative environment. You communicate clearly and in a service-oriented manner, even to other colleagues and communicate complex facts in a comprehensible manner. You are ready to work in AI-based tools to increase efficiency in everyday work. Teamability, sense of responsibility, willingness to use and discretion are of course for you. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
