Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

You develop and promote Dirk Kreuter's Instagram channel with the clear goal: maximum range, commitment and lead generation. You're creating high-performance social media postings including attention-rich captions with high engagement potential. You edit images and develop high-quality thumbnails for reels and postings. You're cutting Instagram labels and identifying relevant current topics, trends and paid content approaches that can be organically adapted to our target group. You develop new content formats and optimierst existing formats data-based. You take over the community management – not only by responding to comments and DMs, but with the focus on actively generating leads and customer potential. You analyze relevant KPIs and take specific measures to optimize our content.

At least 5 years of professional experience as a social media manager, content creator or graphic designer. You understand the coaching and personality development industry and know what content perform. Ideally, you already had points of contact with Dirk Kreuter and know his content as well as the audience. You are safe in handling image processing and video editing. You think performance-oriented, understand relevant KPIs and can derive strategies and optimizations independently. You like to work in the office and appreciate the direct exchange in the team. You want to live at seminars, events and productions and implement content directly on site.
