We're looking for you! Manage an interesting and sophisticated portfolio of WEG objects as if it were your own – with heart, mind and in a great team! The Vakanz offers the possibility to take over a (stellv.) team leader position in our WEG administration in the medium term.

Active and responsible management of the properties entrusted to us Response your own challenging portfolio of WEG objects Close cooperation with the administrative councils of the assisted housing Creating business plans, controlling maintenance budgets and carrying out audits Coordination of ongoing and planned maintenance measures, revocation of all necessary maintenance and testing orders and control and monitoring of all external partners of the Community Content and organisational preparation and implementation of housing owners' meetings Supporting colleagues in complex challenges and projects Intensive cooperation with other teams and departments

A successfully completed real estate training (immobility businesswoman) would be desirable and/or further training for the real estate specialist/in Founded professional practice in housing property management Very good knowledge of WEG law Impressed organizational talent and a high self-initiative Communication strength and diplomatic skill in dealing with people Basic technical understanding Motivation for taking over leadership tasks
