As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Erndtebrück with Siegen. For more than 75 locations, the Service Center Köln ensures decentralized service provision and a permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site in the properties of the Bundeswehr. In addition, the Service Center processes defined task packages within the framework of projects and provides on-site service at the BWI internal IT. As a result, we have made the enthusiasm for IT our profession and are looking for like-minded people.

Acceptance of assigned IT/TK posts in the tool, troubleshooting and their documentation in the procedures IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Disposal) in the IT and TK environment Disruption analysis to detect local problems in IT/TK technology On-site support of central enterprises Ticket processing in terms of quality, quantity and SLA compliance Implementation of DGUV V3 tests and cooperation on quality assurance measures (e.g. LAN documentation) Cooperation in projects and subprojects, e.g. to adapt and extend existing IT Infrastructures Participation in readiness desirable

Successfully completed 3-year vocational training (e.g. IT-system electronics/machine-based system integration) or comparable Knowledge of IT processes and standard service management systems (ticket systems, CMDB, etc.) Experience in the Bundeswehr environment desirable German knowledge and basic knowledge in English Initiaive as well as team and critique High communication and organizational ability as well as customer and quality orientation Driving licence Class B
