For our dedicated team, we are looking for a Manager (m/w/d) Legal at the Luxembourg site as soon as possible.

As Manager (m/w/d) Legal, you are a central part of our Legal & Tax team in Luxembourg. You actively shape the legal structures of our investment products, negotiate Side Letter with investors and control international law firms. You also advise the Luxembourg AIFM on complex legal issues. accompany transactions and ensure that innovation and compliance go hand in hand.

Specifically, your role is: Legal design of alternative investment fund products and structures Contract negotiations as part of the fundraising of the investment programs and accompanying the drawing processes Processing of legal questions, during the duration or termination of the managed investment programs Analysis and processing of supervisory/legal matters of the AIFM Control of external service providers and stakeholders in product implementation and management Analysis of complex legal issues in Luxembourg, German and international law Support for product-related investor requests, product presentations and tender processes

Your qualification Complete study of law or comparable economic studies or Dipl. Financial economist (FH). Knowledge of supervisory and tax law is advantageous here At least 5 years of industry-specific professional experience in the field of business law, audit firm, tax consultancy, financial management, supervisory authority, asset management or financial services Very good written expression, in particular knowledge in the precise formulation of contractual clauses Economic and legal content Ability to clearly and understand complex legal issues for non-jurists Very good knowledge of German and English Your personality You have a high degree of self-motivation, reliability and service orientation You are characterized by an independent, structured and detailed way of working You can work strategically and conceptually as well as advance themes in an operational manner You come to a pragmatic solution approach with fingertips and enforcing strength You are absolutely strong in communication and an exceptional organizational talent You will enjoy international cooperation and enthusiasm for legal developments in alternative investment
