Your tasks

• You work closely with the building team of the educational campus to support the visions of the educational campus and optimally take into account the needs of the students
• As a central contact (m/w/d) you coordinate internal and external partners, such as architects, specialist planners and authorities
• From the planning phase to the key transfer, you control all project phases and ensure a smooth running of our new construction projects for student residences
• You focus on the special requirements and needs of students and develop innovative residential concepts
• You keep the project key figures in mind and make sure that the projects are completed in the given budget and time frame without compromising quality
• You prepare concise decision templates and convincing presentations for management and other stakeholders

Your profile

• Complete studies in civil engineering/architecture or comparable
• Multiannual professional experience in project management/consumer representation, ideally focusing on housing/student housing
• Knowledge of HOAI/AHO
• Embossed team capacity, communication strength and enforcement capability
• Passion for innovative construction projects and the design of future-oriented living space for students
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
