Clerk or carpenter / roofer in the sales office (m/f/d)

To strengthen our internal service sales team, we are looking for an experienced, committed entry as soon as possible:

You advise our carpentry and timber construction customers by phone and conduct sales and consulting talks You take over the creation of offers and order processing in our ERP system You ensure the efficient processing of goods tracers and complaints Supporting the external service consultants assigned to you

You are powerful, responsive to communication and a real team player who likes to work with people You convince on the phone and make purchases a success Good knowledge of current MS Office programs and other EDV applications A completed training as a carpenter, carpenter or roof top or a well-founded industry knowledge is advantageous Advantageously, you have good knowledge of goods in the areas of tools, machines and connecting technology You are a technician, flexible, a team player and take responsibility for your tasks
