Your tasks - shape the future together: You take responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the Wood Division and actively shape the future of our market areas. In projects for the different target groups you conduct interdisciplinary teams functionally and targeted. You conduct market and competition analyses and prepare the results for management decisions. With your communication strength, you build an active network with Würth trusted customers, business associations and organizations for market development. You develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase the Würth customer contact points in a targeted manner. As a central interface, you coordinate the communication between internal specialist areas and external contact points along the different customer contact points. You represent our company at trade fairs and in relevant associations and organizations.

Your profile - grow together: You have completed technical or commercial training or completed studies. You know the crafts market and their requirements and ideally bring professional experience in project management. The handling of ERP systems is familiar to you as well as the safe use of Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams. You communicate safely and clearly in German, both oral and written, and convince by their pronounced communication skills. You are ready to travel for projects and votes. Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial understanding as well as a structured, self-responsible way of working.
