You guide and develop your team professionally, organizationally and disciplinary – always in line with our guide You control the debitor management operationally and strategically and secure a proper, economic execution of all processes You prioritize tasks, meet decisions in difficult individual cases and take responsibility for topics of fundamental importance You are a central interface to other specialist departments and work actively in cross-disciplinary projects for process optimization You continuously develop existing processes – especially with regard to legal requirements such as the European standardization of invoices You participate in the day-to-day operating business, first evaluate monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and keep the figures in mind As a key user, you enter and care for IT processes, especially in SAP and PATRIS

Completed commercial training with multi-year professional experience or business studies (Bachelor/Master desirable) Funded knowledge in financial and accounting as well as relevant legal bases (e.g. HGB, Sales Tax Act, GoB), are desirable energy-economic knowledge Experience in debitor management and ideally in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees High level of responsibility, decision-making and enforcement Structured and analytical methods as well as pleasure in process optimization and change Safe handling of SAP systems and good IT process understanding Communication strength, team spirit and a sovereign appearance
