TV Entg0 DRV Bund Activity In an interdisciplinary team, we are highly responsible for quality assurance for the rehabilitation services carried by pension insurance. For this purpose, the performance is documented and analyzed. Our aim is to ensure a continuous improvement of the benefits provided for German pension insurance through the results of our analyses. We are in close contact with our customers from pension insurance and medical and professional rehabilitation facilities.

You support rehabilitation facilities through analysis, interpretation and reflection of the quality data collected. This will help you to uncover and use improvement potentials in the sense of rehabilitation. In close cooperation with the institutions, bodies and competent bodies, you create a clear picture of the quality in the furnishing landscape and allow the quality of the occupancy of rehabilitation facilities. To do this, you will take the following activities: Support and organisational support of bodies, including preparatory and follow-up of meetings, content and preparation of decision-relevant documents Target group-oriented technical advice and explanation of statistical methodology Creating and developing quality reports as part of legal requirements Planning, implementation and further development of processes for quality assurance for rehabilitation Holding of lectures, publication of specialist contributions and representation of the DRV Confederation to internal and external bodies Planning, organisation and implementation of events in the field of quality assurance of rehabilitation The activity is usually linked to well-planned service trips.

You have completed scientific higher education (master or equivalent degree) in a task-related area of social sciences such as psychology, sociology, health and nursing science, public health or health economy, or an approbation as a doctor or doctor Your professional experience is based on a task-related context An additional qualification in the field of health sciences/public health, quality management/ quality assurance in healthcare would be advantageous You bring interest in statistics and epidemiology We presuppose understanding of different interests and perspectives as well as working in bodies In the presence of an approbation, the place is rated with the EG 14 TV EntgO DRV Bund
