The focus of this vacancy lies in the non-industrial construction area.

Integrated management of construction projects in own real estate stock Accompanying the performance phases according to HOAI in cooperation with commissioned architects, engineers and contractors Construction site monitoring and ensuring the timely and high quality execution of construction services Monitoring compliance with building regulations and safety standards (including TGA planning and fire protection) Creation and testing of construction and construction schedules, cost planning and controlling Documentation of progress and preparation of reports

completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification well-founded professional experience in a comparable position strong communication and coordination capabilities independent, structured and solution-oriented operation confessed personality with hands-on mentality
