We are looking for full-time and unlimited reinforcement from 01.04.2026

As Director Group Finance & Risk Management (m/w/d), you are responsible for the development and implementation of the Melitta Group's financing and risk management strategy and for the Group's financial sustainability. The following exciting tasks await you:

Financing strategy: You define and develop the Melitta Group's financing strategy in close coordination with the Group CFO and implement it consistently

Financial Risk Management: Your tasks include the development and implementation of measures to manage financial management and to monitor financial risk management (interest, currency and cash risks) of the group and its companies

Insurance Management: You secure a reasonable insurance cover and tax the Group Insurance Management on your own responsibility

Debt Relation Management: You also take over the management of an effective Debt Relation Management and represent the group to finance partners, insurance companies and the public sector

Treasury & Hedging: You develop and implement processes and standards to control interest and currency management, develop global hedging strategies and optimize interest rate structural costs at group level

Leadership & Development: You guide, support and develop the employees under the Melitta leadership principles and in close coordination with the staff

You have successfully completed your economic studies (Master/Diplom) with relevant focuses such as bank business teaching or finance

Your long-term professional experience in Finance and Risk Management is yours

You have profound knowledge in the international financial environment and experience in managing complex financing and risk management processes

The secure mastery of the German and English language in word and writing is of course for you

Your safe appearance in the international environment and your strong communication strength complete your profile
