Professional and disciplinary leadership of commercial employees and craftsmen Ensuring compliance with contractual provisions, internal processes, deadlines and quality standards Responsibility for the structured incorporation of new employees in the commercial sector Control and coordination of craftsmen in the operational daily business Ensuring specialist training, instruction and qualifications Responsibility for equipping the craftsmen with tools, materials, IT equipment and work clothes Evaluation of area-relevant KPIs and derivation of appropriate measures Creation of reports and regular reporting to the management panel

Completed commercial, technical or craft training, ideally with appropriate training Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in object care, in technical service, facility management or in a comparable environment Experience in managing employees, craftsmen or service providers Structured, solution-oriented and responsible operation Safe handling of processes, deadlines and key figures Good communication skills as well as a binding and powerful occurrence Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with reporting or ERP systems German knowledge (min. B2) in word and writing
