Facility Management Clerk (m/f/d)

As a specialist in facility management (m/w/d), your organizational skills provide professional support for our real estate and coordinate the entire contract. RESPONSIBILITY Management and supervision of the logistics halls including contract and rental management, correspondence with partners and organisation of rental properties for own personnel Coordination of maintenance and maintenance of buildings, machinery, equipment and equipment Planning and control of employees and ensuring smooth operations in facility management Procurement and control of resources including consumables, operating costs and support of tenders

THE BRINGS A successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant/wife for office management or real estate businessman/wife; alternatively a completed study with focus on facility management Professional experience in facility or building management or in a comparable function A structured, independent way of working with a strong understanding of organisation and services in facility management Solution-oriented, reliable action with safe occurrence in cooperation with internal interfaces and external service providers
